It’s another beautiful day to be sharing with you one our finest stylist and fashion icon. Sandra Uleyi Ushie Itu is the founder and CEO of Leyi Ush. She is also a retail consultant and fashion stylist. Mrs Itu is a certified stylist from the University of Arts, London College of Fashion and School of Style, Los Angeles, California.
It is interesting to note that Sandra studied Social Work at the University of Calabar, but today, she is one of the most influential fashion icons in Nigeria. Her brand Leyi Ush (which is a derivative of her names) is a brand store to over 30 African brands such as Ejiro Amos Tafiri, E4MA, Muse Factory, TNL etc. She is at the forefront of promoting African fashion globally. Sandra has provided styling services to media houses, celebrities, working class individuals and much more. Because of her great achievements in the fashion industry, she has been featured on programs powered by the British Council, Nigeria.
In 2017, she was nominated for the Future Awards Africa Price for Fashion. In 2019, the Nigerian Bottling Company sponsored a youth empowerment project of which Sandra was nominated a mentor. Her team went on to win the pitching competition of the program. Mrs Itu is currently recognized among the 100 Most Influential Young Nigerians, 2019.
