The Management of the Ugwumba Center for Leadership Development in Africa hereby announces that it has secured the partnership of the ATI – Aspire Transform Inspire Coaching Team in the UK led by Mrs. Patience Ogunbona for the successful implementation of the newly introduced Ugwumba Women Development Academy.
This development came as soon as the Center declared its intention to extend its leadership and enterprise development programs to women professionals in Africa, who need to be empowered to enable them do more in their careers and businesses.
In a partnership meeting with the Founder and CEO of the UK based company, Mrs. Patience Ogunbona, a CPD Accredited Corporate and Business trainer, Certified Transformational Coach, Inspirational Speaker and Emotional Intelligence Expert, she said that her company through the Ugwumba Women Academy shall offer tailored world class resources, services and training to help women led SMEs, organizations and corporations in Africa add values to their staff and ensure strategic alignment to their missions, visions and objectives. She said, “we are going to help them achieve sustainability and profitability by providing training on Leadership, Inclusion and Employee Engagement and Emotional Intelligence.

Remy Chukwunyere, the Executive Director of the Ugwumba Leadership Center said “the Center is intentional about replicating the impacts it has made in the lives of young entrepreneurs in Nigeria and Africa to their women counterparts, who also deserve support to do better for the overall development of the economy of the African continent.
“He further informed that the Ugwumba Women Development Academy shall be officially launched with an event scheduled to coincide with the 2021 International Women’s Day from March 08 – March 10, 2021. He again said that the Center is open for further collaborations with other organizations, local and international, since no one organization can do it all.
